I offer counselling virtually, either online via video call or telephone. This may suit you if you prefer to be in your own home or struggle with time to travel. Or I offer in person sessions from the centre of Middlewich or Crewe. The rooms I use are comfortable, cozy and provide confidentiality. Sessions are 50 minutes long and we can discuss how frequently you might like them during our initial call or after the first session.
